Technical Recommendations and Help
We recommend users view this content in the latest version of Chrome.
To check and update your version of Chrome:
- Open Chrome browser.
- At the top right, click More
.
- Click Update Google Chrome.
- Important: If you can’t find this button, you’re on the latest version.
- Relaunch your browser.
Desktop/Laptop (Windows, Mac, Linux)
- Chrome and Firefox are the most recommended browsers. Please make sure your browser is up to date.
- Your OS should be updated to the best possible version.
- If a message shows on player to upgrade browser/OS, please first update Chrome/Firefox.
Android Phone/Tablet
- This content is playable on Android Operating Systems greater than 5.0
- Chrome is the most recommended browser for Android devices.
- If you have trouble with playback in Chrome, please try the latest version of Firefox or Edge.
iOS iPhone/iPad
- iOS greater than 11.2 is recommended for playback.
- If using Safari as your browser, please make sure you are using the most up to date version.
Step One:
Please follow the recommendations listed in the above “Browser Compatibility and Recommendations” tab. Check to make sure your browser is up to date; the most recommended browser is Chrome. Also check that your computer’s OS is updated to the best possible version.
Step Two:
Contact your IT department to insure that your company’s internet security settings will allow for DRM streaming video playback.
Step Three:
If you are still having issues or are receiving an error code on your video player, please take a screenshot of the player and send the following information to our Member Services team:
- Type of computer (Windows/Mac) and your OS version.
- Internet browser.
- Screenshot of the playback issue/error code.
- Any additional information or a description of the playback issue.
IMPORTANT! When setting up your password, it MUST include the following:
- 12 characters
- Upper and lowercase letters
- A number
- A special symbol
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! ACA How: Reg F courses are included in your company’s Training Zone subscription. Log into this site to access the course content. If this is your first time logging in, please follow the instructions provided under “Logging In for the First Time.”
If your company does not have a Training Zone subscription, you can sign up here.
Yes. To purchase standalone access to ACA How: Reg F, please visit the ACA Online Store:

Whether you’re accessing the ACA How: Reg F content through a Training Zone subscription or through a standalone purchase, everyone at your company has access to these courses. But first, they must be added to your company’s roster.
To add more users to your roster, go to the ACA International website and follow the instructions provided below.
- Go to https://www.acainternational.org/
- Log in to the website and click on “My ACA” at the top by your name and then “My ACA” again on the right of your screen.
- On the next page, click on “Manage People and Profiles” under the “Profile” heading.
- On the next page, you will see a drop down that you can click on to see those currently listed on your roster. If someone is already on the roster, but they do not remember their ACA password. They can do a “Forgot Password” to reset it.
- On that same drop down you will see that the first item is “Add a New User”. Select this to add new people to your roster.
